Hi friends!

This blog is a passion project that I have wanted to start for several years. I first went plant-based in my second year of medical school, 10 years ago. With a keen interest in the connection between nutrition and disease, was shocked to see just how little nutrition was taught during my 6 years of education, despite knowing that undeniable role it plays in the health of our patients.

I realised that there are still so many myths surrounding plant-based diets, and that there is a lot of information about the benefits of plant-based diets that people are unaware of. That's where I come in. My goal is to study the latest journals and digest that information into bite sized blog posts to educate and empower you.
