Nutrition

The food we eat can either promote inflammation and disease or fight it. Certain foods can also trigger certain conditions such as migraines, acne, eczema, and PMS symptoms. We will develop a personalised plan just for you.

Supplements

We will look at which supplements may be the most beneficial for you based on the latest research, as well as which supplements are not worth spending your money on. 

Biomarkers

We will do a thorough history, physical examination, and blood tests to rule out any underlying medical conditions or nutrient deficiencies that can be contributing to your symptoms.

Sleep

Sleep is the time when our bodies repair themselves. The quality of sleep is determined by our daily habits from the moment we wake up. We will look at your daily habits and how to optimise them to improve your sleep quality. 

Exercise

Exercise has an anti-inflammatory effect over the long term, and can play an important role in the management of diabetes, hypertension, migraines, menstruation, and more. We will develop beneficial and achievable exercise goals.

Root cause

We will look at the underlying factors causing and contributing to your symptoms, instead of simply treating the effects or managing your symptoms with medications.
