What we explore during this consultation:
Nutrition
We will look at your current dietary habits, identify nutrients being under- or overconsumed, and work towards shifting towards a dietary pattern that supports long-term health.
Exercise
We will look at your current exercise regime and athletic goals, and ensure you are building sufficient strength and cardiovascular fitness, along with mobility, to help you age well.
Recovery
Recovery can take many forms, but a key focus will be on addressing sleep quality and stress management which impact physical recovery, as well as mental and emotional capacity and burnout.
Biomarkers
Depending on your age, family history, and lifestyle habits, we will order blood tests to evaluate your health and biological age. Bone density and body composition can also be investigated if desired.
