A detailed report, explaining your results and a personalised plan.
A 45 minute follow up appointment to review your results and plan with Dr Becker.

A 30-minute follow up appointment includes:

A review of progress made since the last consultation.
A review of the goals set during the initial consultation.
Ongoing support and troubleshooting challenges for implementing lifestyle changes.
Chronic medication prescriptions along with monitored deprescribing when safe and appropriate as lifestyle changes reduce the need for medications.
